At World of Warcraft Fashion, we want you to be fully equipped for your next quest. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your standards, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Loot

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, including faction-specific labels, are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the provided label to begin its journey back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our master crafters inspect the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
